Early in 2013, I was challenged by a client to design and develop "The Greatest Grand Opening Celebration the Greater Cincinnati community had ever experienced." I had a vision as to how I wanted this event to unfold from an attendee "experiential" perspective. I knew that, key to the overall success of the event, all technical aspects (AV/Lighting) required a flawless execution. In those early stages, I was referred to Mr. Ron Thomas. We met, he listened, we brainstormed and together we identified essential elements and prepared a timeline for execution. The result – "The Greatest Grand Opening Celebration the Greater Cincinnati community had ever experienced" with over 1100 people in attendance. This, I can largely say, may not have been possible without the professional knowledge and commitment of Ron Thomas.
Ron was readily available, responsive and on the mark when it came to deliverables. He assisted in providing input on many non-technical aspects, event flow, and food station and bar placements.
